Knee pain

Care for knee pain, delivered at home.

What happens in knee pain.

Knee pain in older adults most often comes from osteoarthritis, the gradual wearing of the cushioning cartilage inside the knee. As that cushion thins, the bones move with more friction, which brings pain, stiffness, and swelling. It is one of the most common reasons walking and stairs start to feel harder.
